Our video crew has extensive experience working at the Salone del Mobile, a significant advantage that enables us to operate efficiently even during the busiest days. Our Swedish colleagues at Stygn Studios entrusted Armonica Film with providing local support to realize a promotional video in Portofino. The project was a commercial campaign for Zipwake, a company realizing modern technical components to stabilize boats.

In the wonderful little pearl of Portofino, we had the pleasure to realize a video production for IWC. The Swiss luxury watch brand realized a special collection dedicated to this little Ligurian village, and decided to celebrate it in the very place that inspired it.

video promozionale scolastico promotional video for schoolAfter some great experiences in Rome, Madrid, Florence and Paris, our partnership with Accent continues! This time, our crew followed the students in beautiful Sicily, where we took care of the promotional video for the school in Syracuse.

American students who decide to cross the pond and study in Sicily with the Accent program, rely on one of Accent’s partners, the Syracuse Academy. This is an international school administering study abroad programs for college students, and it offers a wonderful environment, surrounded by archaeological sites of international value. Even though this is not an official Accent school, the program remains the same of all other European centers, with classes, extra activities and internships.

Tour of the city and extra activities

video promozionale scolastico promotional video for schoolFirst of all, we took part in a tour of the territory, which included visits to the Neapolis Archaeological Site and the Syracuse Dome. Some of the students told us about their days in Italy and what they like the most about the area. The extra activity chosen for Syracuse was woodworking at the “Rosario Gagliardi” Academy of Fine Arts. This and other similar experiences allow students to fully immerse themselves in the new culture, so different from theirs, making integration a lot easier.

Among different accommodation options, almost all students usually choose the home staying. This choice allows them to live with a local family and improve their Italian knowledge, talking to native speakers also outside the school environment.

The international consortium Accent, based in the U.S., entrusted Armonica Film with the shooting of a promotional video for its office in Rome. Accent works with more than 50 U.S. colleges and universities. Thanks to these partnerships, hundreds of American students can take part in study programs overseas.

Every program starts with a first phase of guidance and preparation in the main headquarter in San Francisco. After that, Accent allows students of different ages to leave and spend some months studying in Europe. Accent’s European offices are in Rome, Florence, Madrid, London and Paris. In each of these cities, American students can find all the information and facilities they need to study and immerse themselves in a new culture.

Armonica Film’s camera crew had the chance to film students inside Accent’s academy in Rome. Among the different activities, they also took part in a cooking lesson!
